Carpet tiles are the popular alternative to broadloom in the business sector, especially when removability is required.

 

Vorwerk Carpets presented a textile tile concept that deliberately breaks with all previous conventions and, in terms of form, function and design, opens up new horizons in the designing of high quality room architecture. This commercial carpet tile collection is called ‘SCALE by Hadi Teherani’.

 

The FreeScale range forms part of the SCALE range. The FreeScale range are unique tiles in the form of shapes, created to make a distinct impact on any commercial application. The different element sizes, materials, weaves, patterns and worlds of colours allows for countless images to arise on the floor in any number of format and tiling variations.

 

The FreeScale tiles are available in three different shapes; Mesh, Crystal, Partition, and three different weaves: Forma (Velour), Arena (Tufted loop) and Frisco (Tufted Frise). The loop piles can be mixed and matched to create different effects to give a wide variety of possibilities, making the range limitless in design.

 

The SCALE and FreeScale carpet tiles have a 100% ECO friendly backing called Textiles. The heavily backed tiles are PVC and Bitumen free. The tiles are manufactured from approximately 75% of recycled materials, and are entirely recyclable. They have a durability rating of Extreme 33, making them a great choice for heavy duty use. Environment and health care certification TÜV, DAAB, Green Label Plus, Complies with HQE® guidelines.
