Quartz Carpet™

A resilient and slip resistant floor covering, Quartz Carpet combines natural quartz granules with a epoxy resin and finished with various textures. Quartz Carpet is a result of more than 25 years of product development.

There are 20 standard colours and granule sizes ranging from a super fine (M3-0.8-1.mm) to large (2-3mm). The Quartz Carpet is also available in more than 1000 colour options.

APPLICATION:

Quartz Carpet is hand trowelled over an existing surface.

Quartz Carpet is applied at approximately 5-7mm thick.

PORE FILLERS:

Pore Fill is an epoxy resin that is applied over the Quartz Carpet to fill the spaces in between the quartz granules creating a moppable hygienic finish.

The Pore Filler is available in a Gloss and Matte finish.

Pore Fillers are not designed and cannot be used externally.

AREAS OF SUITABILITY:

Quartz Carpet can be applied in a variety of architectural uses including commercial, residential, industrial, recreational and institutional.

OPEN PORE FINISHES:

Internal and external walls, floors and joinery including concrete, tiles, cement sheeting, water proofing membranes, plaster walls, brick, M.D.F and blue board.

PORE FILLED FINISH:

Internal areas only including walls, floors joinery including concrete, tiles, cement sheeting, water proofing membranes, plaster walls, brick, M.D.F and blue board.
